These terms explain how you may use tymso.com. Tymso is operated from Ontario, Canada and is designed as a gentle support space for teens and for parents. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Who can use Tymso
Tymso is meant for teens and for adults who care for them such as parents carers and teachers. Some parts of the site such as parent tools and email updates are intended for adults.
By using the site you confirm that you will follow local laws apply your own judgment and that you will involve a trusted adult where needed.
Not medical therapy or legal advice
The information on Tymso is general in nature. It cannot replace advice from a doctor, mental health professional, legal adviser or other qualified person who knows your situation.
You should never ignore professional advice or delay seeking help because of something you read on this site.
Your responsibilities
When you visit Tymso or use any part of the service you agree to:
- Use the site in a respectful way.
- Follow all laws that apply in your country or region.
- Keep any login links or private tools for your own use and not share them in public places.
- Tell us if you spot security concerns or misuse of the site.
Parents and carers are responsible for how young people in their care use the site and for any choices made based on the content.
Content on Tymso
All text designs logos and layouts on Tymso are owned by us or used with permission. You may read and use the content for personal non commercial use.
- You may share links to tymso.com with friends family or schools.
- You may not copy large sections of content publish them as your own or use them for commercial projects without written permission.
- You may not use the Tymso name or branding in a way that suggests your project is officially part of Tymso.
Parent tools and journals
Tymso offers optional tools for parents such as Tiny Wins, the Gentle Progress Path and the Private Parent Journal. These tools are meant as supports not as medical or mental health treatment.
- You are responsible for what you choose to record in these tools.
- You should keep your private links and devices safe from others you do not trust.
- If you decide to stop using these tools you may contact us about removing account details where possible.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not use Tymso in ways that could harm others or the service itself. This includes the actions below.
- Trying to break or bypass security on the site.
- Attempting to access data that is not meant for you.
- Using scripts or automated tools to overload or disrupt the site.
- Using Tymso to send spam or harmful content.
We may suspend or limit access if we believe that the site is being misused or that others are at risk.
Links to other sites
Tymso may link to other websites or resources that we think could help teens or parents. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content privacy practices or actions.
You should review the policies of any site you visit especially before sharing personal information there.
Service changes and availability
We may update change or remove parts of Tymso over time. We may also pause the service for maintenance technical upgrades or security reasons.
We cannot promise that the site will always be available on every device or that every feature will stay the same.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep information accurate calm and helpful. Still all content on Tymso is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees.
We do not promise that the site will always be free of errors or that it will perfectly match every situation. You use the site at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law Tymso and the people who run it will not be responsible for any indirect or special damages that result from your use of the site.
This includes situations where someone relies only on online content when they should seek urgent help from a doctor therapist or emergency services.
